Kelsey holds a degree in Criminal Justice from UWW and a Recreational Therapy degree from ASU. As a certified therapeutic recreational specialist, she is genuinely passionate about enhancing the lives of others through engaging leisure activities.
With certifications in archery, paddlesport instruction, dementia engagement, she intends to use her skills and other resources to provide inclusive, holistic, nature based leisure activities for the community. Kelsey’s favorite part of her job is running personalized programs and seeing clients flourish with new opportunities.
Outside of her professional life, Kelsey enjoys spending time with family and friends, being at WCR, paddle boarding, road-trips, listening to her favorite podcast, "Ologies," or "Crime Junkies," or "The Big Flop!" As well as exploring nature with her beloved Siberian Husky / German Shepherd puppy, Nia.

Jose Ramirez, MSW

Jose Ramirez, MSW is a therapist and retired from the US Army with over 20 years of service as an infantryman. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services from the University of Arizona and earned his Master of Social Work with an emphasis on counseling from Arizona State University. He has experience with social services through his work with the Phoenix Vet Center and the Salvation Army. On his downtime, Jose enjoys spending time with loved ones, barbecuing, trail rides by horseback, and four wheeling.

Sayda Ramirez, DMSc, MPAS, MEd, PA-C
Owner and Vice President of Wildcat Ranch - Phoenix
Sayda Ramirez, DMSc, MPAS, MEd, PA-C is a highly experienced Physician Associate (PA) with over 30 years in healthcare, specializing in care for military service members, veterans, and their families. An active member of the Nevada National Guard with 32 years of Army service, Sayda brings invaluable expertise and commitment to her work. She holds a Master of PA Studies from the Inter-Service Physician Assistant Program (IPAP)/University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Doctorate of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg. Alongside her healthcare background, Sayda has over 25 years of teaching experience, bolstered by a Master of Education in Science Education from the University of Texas at El Paso. Currently, she is further expanding her expertise while working on her Associate of Science in Equine Sciences from Scottsdale Community College, underscoring her dedication to both health and equine care.
